We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced French-Speaking Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Lisbon!
Your Mission as a Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding and empowering a team of dedicated professionals to achieve operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our service delivery to the French market remains at the highest standard.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, coach, and develop your team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth plans.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently. Monitor team performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Performance Management: Set clear objectives, track progress, and evaluate the performance of your team, providing regular reports to management.
- Problem Solving & Escalation: Act as a first point of contact for complex queries and escalated issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to strict quality standards and compliance guidelines relevant to the French market.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and effective communication within your team and across departments. Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
As Our New Team Leader, You Must Have:
- French Fluency (C2): Native or near-native proficiency in French, both verbal and written, is absolutely essential.
- Education: Minimum of a 12th-grade education.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a Team Leader role.
- Shared Service Center Preference: Prior experience within a Shared Service Center environment is highly preferred.
- French Market Experience: Demonstrable experience working for or within the French market.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- IT Proficiency: Good knowledge of relevant IT tools and applications for team management and operations.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction.
- English Proficiency: Good written English for internal communication and documentation.
