Your Mission as a Customer Success Account Manager

As a French-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager, you will be crucial to our clients' long-term success and satisfaction. This dynamic role blends customer advocacy with a strategic sales focus. You'll manage a portfolio of key French-speaking accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions while also identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within your assigned portfolio of French-speaking clients. Act as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Customer Advocacy: Understand client goals, challenges, and success metrics. Proactively identify ways our solutions can help them achieve their objectives, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Account Growth (Sales Duties): Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services to meet evolving client needs. Drive contract renewals and proactively address any potential churn risks.
  • Onboarding & Adoption: Guide clients through successful onboarding processes, ensuring smooth implementation and effective utilization of our software solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor client health and usage data, proactively addressing potential issues. Prepare and present regular business reviews to clients, showcasing value and identifying areas for improvement or growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for client concerns, coordinating with internal teams (technical support, product, finance) to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Market Insights: Gather and share valuable feedback from the French market regarding product needs, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform our product development and sales strategies.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in both customer success and sales.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this multifaceted role, you'll need a blend of customer success acumen, sales drive, linguistic prowess, and a proactive mindset:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native (C2) fluency in French is essential, with an understanding of business etiquette and cultural nuances. Strong English communication skills (B2/C1) are also required for internal communication, training, and collaborating with global teams.
  • B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience is a must, ideally in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales role with a focus on expansion.
  • Customer Success Mindset: A genuine passion for client success, with a proactive approach to building relationships and solving problems.
  • Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, articulate complex value propositions, conduct effective presentations, and negotiate.
  • Results-Oriented: A highly motivated, target-driven individual who thrives on achieving both customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), customer success platforms, and familiar with technology solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, interpret data, and propose relevant solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn about complex software solutions and a dynamic industry.
