Your Role as a Service Coordinator
As our Czech & Polish-Speaking Service Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers and partners in the Czech Republic and Poland. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing their needs promptly and professionally, acting as the key facilitator for all service-related inquiries.
Your daily activities will involve:
- Front-Line Support: Engaging with customers, dealers, and partners through various channels like phone, email, and potentially chat, all in Czech and Polish. You'll provide accurate information and effective solutions related to our offerings.
- Issue Resolution: Tackling a wide range of customer concerns, from product details and service requests to technical questions and complaint management, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborating closely with internal departments such as technical assistance, logistics, and sales to coordinate actions and guarantee timely solutions for our clients.
- Data Management: Meticulously recording all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system to maintain comprehensive and organized documentation.
- Operational Compliance: Adhering to established procedures and guidelines to consistently uphold high standards of service quality and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying common query themes or recurring problems, providing valuable insights to help us refine our processes and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
We value enthusiasm and a drive to learn, making this an ideal role for individuals with or without prior direct experience. We need someone who is:
- Multilingual: Absolutely fluent (C2) in Czech and Polish. Strong English skills (B2/C1) are also necessary for internal communications and training.
- Customer-Centric: Genuinely committed to providing exceptional service and building positive relationships.
- Solution-Oriented: Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, find practical solutions, and explain them clearly.
- Communicative: An excellent verbal and written communicator, able to adapt to different communication channels.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various IT systems and quick to learn new applications.
- Adaptable: Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Organized: Demonstrates initiative, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Experience (Good to Have, Not Required): While previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is beneficial, we prioritize your potential and eagerness to grow with us!
