Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Team player with initiative, capable of maintaining high team morale.
- 1+ year in customer service/relationship roles.
Nice-to-Have
- CeMAP certification or financial services exposure.
- Previous experience in a financial environment.
- Basic knowledge of investments, pensions, mortgages, or insurance.
- Diploma of Higher Education or equivalent.
