RETENTION AGENTS

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retention role.
- Fluency in one or more of the specified languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
CONVERSION AGENTS
