As our new Regional Manager for Finland, you’ll drive business performance, team development, and strategic alignment across our terminals – with a direct impact on how millions of people receive their parcels. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, top-tier customer satisfaction, and high employee engagement while aligning with Instabee’s long-term goals.

Some of the things you’ll do

  • Own and develop the region’s business performance, cost-efficiency, and delivery quality.

  • Collaborate closely with Nordic and Group functions to align with company strategy.

  • Analyze cost drivers and lead improvement initiatives for sustainable growth.

  • Ensure legal compliance and high standards in health, safety, and the work environment.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

  • Participate in key company-wide projects as a senior regional representative.

Your future team

You’ll be joining the Finnish operations team and lead a passionate group of local managers across our Finnish operations. It’s a fast-moving, people-first environment where collaboration and ownership are key. We’re driven by operational excellence and inspired by making life easier for our customers.

What we’re looking for

  • Several years of experience in leading managers in personnel-intensive environments.

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics or similar

  • Proven track record of budget and profit responsibility with strong cost-awareness.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to guide decision-making.

  • Experience in process improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.

  • Solid knowledge of systematic health & safety practices in logistics or production.

  • Fluent in both Finnish and English (spoken and written).

  • Confident and inspiring leader who thrives in a changing environment.

The cherry on top

  • Experience with Lean, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional collaboration across countries.

  • Experience working with unions or collective bargaining agreements.

  • Courageous, prestige-free leadership style with a focus on coaching others.

If this is you, then we can’t wait to meet you!

What you’ll get

We promise you’ll be challenged, learn a lot, and work with amazing, talented people. If you like shaping new ways of working and driving real impact - this is the place for you.

In addition to the basics, we offer:
🌇 Flexibility to work remotely, from our modern Helsinki office, or our logistics hub in Tammisto
