Some of the things you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Routing and Courier Engagement teams to ensure high performance and engagement

• Drive cost efficiency and operational excellence through proactive analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

• Build and maintain strong collaboration across our Nordic and central teams to align with long-term goals

• Ensure staffing, competence, and quality goals are met within your area of responsibility

• Monitor compliance with processes, legal requirements, and workplace safety standards

• Represent and contribute to group-wide projects and strategic initiatives

• Foster a culture of improvement, wellbeing, and accountability – leading by example every day

Your future team

You’ll lead a team of dedicated routers and courier engagement specialists who are passionate about making last-mile delivery smarter and more efficient. Our vibe? Collaborative, fast-paced, and always aiming for better – together. You’ll also work closely with operational and commercial teams across Instabee’s Nordic footprint.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, preferably specialists or cross-functional units

• Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics or similar

• Strong business acumen with proven experience in budget and P&L responsibility

• Sharp analytical mindset – you're comfortable navigating data and uncovering cost drivers

• High process maturity with a knack for continuous improvement and process development

• Solid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

• A values-driven leader who takes ownership, inspires others, and acts with professionalism
  
  

The cherry on top

• Familiarity with the Finnish logistics or last-mile market

• Experience working with external partners such as courier or staffing companies

• A track record of successful change management or cultural transformation

• Comfort working in a fast-scaling or international company setting
