Job Description

As a Junior Finance Administrator you are responsible, accurate and work with integrity. You take initiative to improve processes and working procedures along the way think outside of the box. We are looking for a true team player that is hands-on and has a can-do attitude.

In your job, You’ll have the unique opportunity to streamline accounting processes. Together with the team, you are responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable of multiple entities in an international environment, you optimize the working capital of felyx and ensure that management has the right insights to steer the organization. In the meanwhile, your goal is to make these finance operation as scalable and efficient as possible.

We truly get excited if you:

• Manage invoice processes and communicate with creditors (accounts payable)
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting in the month end procedures, reviewing the P&L’s and Balance sheet
• Produce monthly age analysis to manage outstanding debtors over terms and limits.

• Assist with bank processing and matching
• Maintain the debtor administration and being the first contact point of our collection agency. (accounts receivable)
• See yourself as a flexible person in terms of getting the job done
