About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring a Wealth Manager on behalf of one of our reputed clients in the Financial Services industry. This is a high-impact role that offers significant learning, autonomy, and opportunity to grow in the wealth management domain.

Job Overview

The Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored investment solutions. The role is a combination of client acquisition, strategic advisory, portfolio management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships.
• Acquire new clients and identify potential leads through personal networks and marketing strategies.
• Develop comprehensive investment and wealth management plans tailored to individual clients.
• Regularly review client portfolios and provide ongoing advisory services.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.
• Maintain MIS and update reporting dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Skills, Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2C sales (preferably financial services, banking, insurance, etc.).
• Strong client servicing and communication skills (written and verbal).
• High level of self-motivation, persuasion, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle client objections and offer consultative support.
• Experience with CRM or MIS systems will be an added advantage.
