About the position
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team. As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and design of various marketing materials, both print and digital. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective materials that align with our brand image and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital graphics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for various campaigns and projects
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs and graphics
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
- Work closely with the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of a visual asset library
- Support the development of digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and website graphics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with digital design and social media platforms is a plus
- Passion for design and willingness to learn and grow within the role
