Customer Support Specialist (Dutch + English) Relocate to Lisbon, Portugal!

What Youll Do:
Support small and medium businesses with their digital advertising questions via phone, email, and chat. Youll provide pre- and post-sales assistance, help customers navigate digital tools, and work closely with internal teams to improve the user experience.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Fluent Dutch and intermediate English skills

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn

No prior tech experience needed full training on our products will be provided!

Ready to relocate and work legally in Portugal (EU citizens or valid permits)
