About the position
Job brief
An international healthcare services organization is seeking a Regional Network Manager to lead the expansion and performance oversight of its medical partner network across Thailand. This strategic role involves building strong relationships with healthcare facilities, managing provider agreements, and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery through a distributed network of medical professionals and institutions.
Candidates with a clinical or nursing background who are ready to transition into a leadership role in network operations, contracting, and healthcare service optimization are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and specialist providers
- Conduct commercial discussions and formalize provider agreements
- Evaluate provider performance through audits and service quality reviews
- Resolve operational challenges and support ongoing provider engagement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align billing and service processes
- Educate medical providers on system tools and administrative procedures
- Participate in regional development initiatives to strengthen healthcare access
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a similar field
- Professional experience in hospital or clinical operations, provider management, or healthcare contracting (5+ years preferred)
- Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple partnerships
- Capable of interpreting performance data and driving process improvements
- Willing to travel frequently within Thailand, with occasional international assignments
