Sales Planning Assistant Manager/Manager

Hrsi is looking for Sales Planning Assistant Manager/Manager for one its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning Support:
- Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and plans based on market trends and historical data.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather inputs and ensure sales targets are achievable and aligned with business goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Operational Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate sales projections and promotional planning.
- Support demand planning and inventory management based on sales insights.
CRM & Tool Management:
- Maintain and update CRM systems and planning tools to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Generate customized reports for stakeholders as required.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the enhancement of sales planning processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales planning, sales coordination, or business analysis from FMCG Industry.
