Customer Service Officer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and support existing and new customer accounts
Coordinate logistics activities and maintain timely communication with stakeholders
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Deliver high-quality customer service to address inquiries and concerns
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and customers
Resolve customer issues promptly by identifying solutions and following up
Prepare and issue shipment quotations; schedule and set up shipments based on customer requirements
Effectively multitask using both logistics tools and business software platforms

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
