- Paint Finishing Expertise: Lead engineer experience with a strong focus on one or more areas such as spray booth, oven, and abatement system engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge in piping systems, HVAC systems, and the ability to perform detailed calculations and system modeling.
- Project Leadership: Capability to lead large industrial projects, ensuring both innovation and precision.
- Communication Skills: Excellence in conveying complex technical concepts and collaborating within a team.
- Mentorship Ability: Eagerness to train and mentor young engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering projects in major process areas like spray booth, oven, and abatement systems.
- Perform intricate calculations for system design, including utility load requirements and equipment sizing.
- Develop detailed mechanical sequences, technical RFQs, and subcontractor SOWs for procurement.
- Ensure the integration of safety and efficiency in all engineering processes.
