Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm (35 hours per week)

We're working with a forward-thinking insurance company looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive to help strengthen broker relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth through creative campaigns and digital outreach.

This role blends hands-on marketing with a bit of business development, offering real variety and responsibility. You'll play a key part in supporting product rollouts, building broker engagement, and developing content across email, web, and social media channels.

What you'll be doing: Growth & Marketing Executive

• Helping to design and deliver digital marketing campaigns.

• Creating content for emails, social media, and the company website.

• Analysing campaign data and broker engagement to shape future strategy.

• Promoting events and supporting their delivery.

• Supporting broker relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
