About the position
AlediumHR is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Speech-Language Pathologist for on-site services looking to elevate your career in a flexible, future-forward setting in Houston, TX. The position is Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. What Youll Do:
- Deliver face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse pediatric population across one or more locations in the Houston area. (You will be compensated/reimbursed if you have to drive).
- Collaborate closely with instructors and seasoned clinical mentors to ensure high-quality care
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a case manager or process coordinator as needed
- Utilize proprietary digital tools that streamline care and administrative tasks.
- Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to direct therapy and 20% to administrative work, which can be completed remotely

What Youll Bring:
- Active, unrestricted SLP license in your state of residence (in good standing)
- CCC-SLP: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
- Minimum of 1 year of experienceworking with pediatric populations
- Full-time residency in the United States
- Consistent and reliable transportation for travel between buildings. (If needed)
- Comfort and confidence using technology in therapy sessions
- Access to a personal laptop (not a Chromebook) for documentation and system access
