About the position
We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a Training school based in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.
About the role
You will be responsible for teaching young learners aged 4 to 12 in small class sizes of 5-12 students, focusing on developing their English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Each class lasts 1.5 hours, providing an engaging and structured format to enhance language proficiency. The position requires a 40-hour workweek from Wednesday to Sunday, with two days off.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above
- TEFL or other teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with young learners
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary of 20,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance of 3,000 RMB
- Annual bonus provided of one months salary

- Ten days annual leave and 1 additional day for each working year
