Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of our content moderation team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Content Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations to swiftly detect and address any violations of community standards, guiding moderators to maintain compliance.
Coaching and Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators, empowering them to improve their performance.
Quality Assurance: Develop and refine quality assurance processes to meticulously monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to streamline moderation processes and enhance tools.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively recommending adjustments to policies and procedures for ongoing compliance.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Serbian (C1) and English (C1), with a strong emphasis on grammar skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
Content Moderation Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards and legal frameworks related to content moderation.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when managing large volumes of content.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based tools is an advantage.
