Work Hours: Shift rotation, Monday to Sunday (09:00 AM 10:45 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, chat, and email, providing efficient and friendly service.
Case Management: Record and manage case resolutions in the contact center system, ensuring issues are resolved within the agreed timelines.
Troubleshooting: Tackle customer issues and escalate them when necessary to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a supportive team, contributing to shared goals.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
Quality Assurance: Consistently meet targets for response time, handle time, and resolution rate to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be Ready: Follow your scheduled work hours and always be prepared to start your shift on time.
Adaptability: Take on any additional tasks that enhance service quality or improve your key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring to the Role:

Fluency in Swedish (C1) and English (B2+): You communicate effectively in both languages, both spoken and written.
Motivation & Drive: You are eager to take on challenges and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong Communication Skills: You're articulate and capable of handling different customer queries with ease.
