We are currently seeking to incorporate a Site Manager for a strategic project involving the construction of a green hydrogen plant in Sines, Portugal. The selected professional will play a key role in the coordination of site activities, acting as the primary link between project management, local authorities, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

📍Sines, Portugal
Work Modality:
🏭 Site-based.
Main Functions:
🔸 Coordinate and establish strategic relationships with local authorities, clients, business partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
🔸 Act as a liaison between project management and government entities, particularly the Ministry of the Interior.
Responsibilities:
🔸 Quality assurance and control throughout all phases of the project.
🔸 Implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies.
🔸 Construction activities.
🔸 Subcontract administration.
🔸 Supervision of budget execution and cost control.
🔸 Planning and monitoring of construction schedules, as well as preparation of progress reports.
🔸 Coordination of field engineering, logistics, and material management at the worksite.
🔸 Supervision and management of the workforce, as well as site operations and business activities.
🔸 Coordination of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover phases.
🔸 Maintenance of optimal labor relations and liaison with local authorities.
Requirements:
🔺Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.
🔺 Proven experience in EPCm projects and site management from an engineering perspective.
🔺 Must have held this position in at least 3 previous projects.
🔺 Fluent in English.
