We're hiring a Junior Security & Alarm Estimator based in Las Vegas to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in fire alarm, security, or low voltage systems who wants to transition into or grow within estimating. You'll work alongside a highly experienced team based out of Phoenix, learning the estimating process while contributing to real-world projects involving system design, takeoffs, and customer documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and documenting low-voltage system solutions
• Review construction plans and perform site assessments to support scope definition
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, proposals, and material takeoffs
• Help respond to RFIs, RFPs, and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with project managers, senior estimators, and sales team members
• Assist in creating shop drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams
• Coordinate with vendors to collect pricing and availability for materials
• Contribute to project documentation, including submittals and technical literature
• Participate in ongoing training and development to grow technical estimating skills

Qualifications

• Background in electronic security, fire alarm, or low-voltage system installation or service
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand system schematics
• Basic familiarity with estimating tools, takeoffs, and proposal support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Located in the Las Vegas area and able to work from the local office
• Eager to learn and grow within the estimating discipline
