The role

Do you have a background in FX or real estate? Are you looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role focused on building long-term partnerships and driving business growth?

Lumon Pay is on the lookout for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our growing UK team. Reporting into the Country Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing relationships with our key partners—driving revenue, increasing referrals, and delivering best-in-class service to our mutual clients.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a natural relationship-builder with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.

What you’ll be doing

Own and nurture relationships with strategic partners

Increase partner referrals through excellent communication and ongoing support

Train and enable our partners to effectively refer business

Achieve revenue targets and identify growth opportunities

Streamline referral processes for efficiency and ease

Embody Lumon’s values in every interaction

About you

You’re a strong relationship builder who can develop trusted, long-term partnerships

A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels

You’re highly organised and thrive in fast-moving environments

You’re customer-focused with a drive to deliver great experiences

You’re results-oriented, with a proven track record of hitting targets

You bring a positive, problem-solving mindset to challenges

You’re fluent in English—additional languages are a big plus
