Unity Developer for gaming company - Warsaw

About the position

We are seeking a skilled Unity Developer to join an innovative and dynamic team based in Warsaw, Poland. This job is hybrid (3x/week in the office). 

This team functions with the agility of a startup and is dedicated to creating and launching brand-new games from the ground up. Focused on rapid prototyping, exploring fresh game concepts, and testing market potential, the team delivers projects that could become part of a growing portfolio of successful titles. While some prototypes evolve into fully-fledged studios, others pave the way for the next groundbreaking idea.

As a Unity Developer, you will play a vital role in crafting engaging gameplay experiences, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth mechanics. You'll work closely with game designers, artists, and fellow developers to turn ambitious concepts into reality.

Responsibilities:

- Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code.

- Optimize game performance across various devices.

- Design and implement innovative features using advanced technologies.

- Develop games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.

- Ensure excellent performance and exceptional user experiences.

Must Have:

- Based in Poland (not a remote position).

- 3–5 years of experience as a Unity Developer.

- Proficient in Unity development and deployment for iOS and Android.

- Passionate about gaming.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

- A collaborative team player.
