.NET Technical Lead

skilled .NET Technical Lead to spearhead this bold journey.

What you'll bring:

● 5+ years of hands-on commercial development experience, demonstrating proficiency in

C#.

● Experienced in architectural transformation, specifically transitioning from microservices

to a monolithic structure. You should confidently assess challenges, validate architectural

decisions, and lead smooth migrations.

● At least a year of proven experience leading development teams, showcasing your ability

to mentor, guide, and elevate technical talent.

● Deep familiarity with modern software design concepts such as Domain-Driven Design,

Distributed Application paradigms, and Microservices.

● Strong expertise in .NET 6 for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance

applications.

● Proficiency with WebAPI and practical experience working with Message Queue

technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

● Comfortable navigating NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) for versatile data

management.

● Proven track record in managing CI/CD processes with GitLab, alongside skills in unit

and integration testing, as well as performance and memory profiling.

Nice to have:

● Experience with Docker containerisation.

● Familiarity with cloud development, particularly AWS.

● A solid grasp of Clean Code and Architecture principles, promoting maintainable,

scalable codebases.
