About the position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Gaming studios.
Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Sofia, Bulgaria / Bucharest, Romania
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Oversee the setup and execution of infrastructure or technical projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and environments.
- Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally involving infrastructure, facilities, or physical space implementation.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
- Background in high-paced or technical environments (e.g., media, events, technology, or similar sectors) is a plus.
- Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
