Senior Recruiter - Cyprus

We're now expanding into Cyprus and we’re looking for a trailblazer to take the lead.

Location: Hybrid / Limassol

Responsibilities:

This isn’t just a recruitment job it’s your opportunity to build a business unit from the ground up. We're seeking a Senior Recruiter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a magnetic personality, and a passion for understanding what truly drives people. You’ll collaborate closely with our high-performing team in Malta while carving out a powerhouse recruitment desk in Cyprus. Your network, ideas, and ambition will shape how we grow in the market. As a Senior Recruiter, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Build and manage your own client and candidate desk across iGaming, Tech, Fintech, and Forex verticals
• Use your network and charisma to open doors, forge partnerships, and win new business
• Take the time to deeply understand client needs and candidate motivations — you actually care
• Collaborate with our Malta-based team to deliver outstanding results and shared goals
• Shape the strategy for our Cyprus operations and contribute to the company’s broader growth
• Represent Hireroo at events, meetups, and industry roundtables in Cyprus and beyond

Requirements:

• Currently in a recruitment role, with experience in 360 or business development
• Deep network and knowledge of the iGaming, Tech, Fintech or Forex industries
• A natural connector, confident, charismatic, and compelling
• Entrepreneurial mindset you love to build and solve
• Tenacious, solutions-driven, and proactive, if you don’t know something, you’ll find out
• Passionate about people understanding their “why” matters to you

Based in Cyprus and eligible to work there
