About the position
Company Background:
We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assist with candidate screening, reference checks, and issuing offer letters/contracts
- Conduct staff orientations and maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and hard copy)
- Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely data submission
- Organize and coordinate staff training, seminars, and development activities
- Maintain HR calendars, schedule interviews, meetings, and HR events
- Respond to internal and external HR-related queries professionally and promptly
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee communication and issue resolution
- Assist in performance management processes and tracking
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and resort standards
- Produce HR-related reports and assist with general HR administrative tasks
- Process staff terminations and handle related documentation
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices
- Work closely with department heads to support staffing and operational needs
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- At least 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Willing to work to Kajang, Selangor.
- Posses own transport
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other business tools.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
