Senior Project Manager (Russian)

About the position

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Senior Project Manager for their Gaming studios. 

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan 

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Oversee the setup and execution of infrastructure or technical projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and environments.
• Serve as the central point of contact, facilitating communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Russian (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as English (at least B2).
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally involving infrastructure, facilities, or physical space implementation.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
• Background in high-paced or technical environments (e.g., media, events, technology, or similar sectors) is a plus.
• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented, with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
