Senior Product Designer

A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their product department and leverage team's success. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.

Location: Hybrid – Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll help shape seamless and scalable user experiences across a suite of digital products — including web platforms, mobile apps, client portals, and internal CRM tools. From early-stage wireframes to polished UI designs, you’ll be instrumental in delivering intuitive, high-impact solutions that align with both user needs and strategic goals.

• Product Design Leadership
  Drive end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery through to final execution.
  Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to identify user needs and craft effective, data-informed design solutions.
  Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms. 
• UI/UX Excellence
  Advocate for pixel-perfect UI and deliver a consistent user experience across all digital channels.
  Maintain and evolve design libraries, contributing to a scalable and coherent design system.
  Lead usability testing efforts and implement feedback to optimize design outcomes.
• Strategic Collaboration
  Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure product experiences align with user expectations and business objectives.
  Participate in product roadmap planning, balancing user advocacy with technical and commercial considerations.  
• Design Governance & Brand Consistency
  Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility best practices, and regional regulatory standards.
  Help define and enforce design principles to maintain visual and experiential consistency across all digital products.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 6+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally across both web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles, with a portfolio that demonstrates UI versatility across devices.
• Excellent visual design skills, including a solid command of typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Comfortable managing multiple design projects independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Prior experience in fintech, trading, or complex data-heavy platforms such as dashboards or internal tools.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with motion and interaction design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Framer, ProtoPie).
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue) and experience collaborating closely with development teams.
• Previous experience working within agile or scrum-based product development processes.
