Control Room Operator

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit a Control Room Operator to join their team in Belgrade.

Position: Control Room Operator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and verify all studio activities according to the organizational standards, ensuring smooth operations
Respond promptly to table calls, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay
Maintain and enforce the company's game standards during all live sessions
Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies, ensuring accurate records
Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders with operational tasks to ensure efficiency
Stay updated on all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written
At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry
Understanding of games and procedures
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian
Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office
Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous
Familiarity with live casino technology or control room systems will be considered as an advantage
A higher degree or advanced education related to management, operations, or a relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
