Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Specialist to join our client in Landskrona. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement activities align with company policies and operational needs. This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials according to required technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
• Align purchasing activities with internal procurement policies and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Track supplier performance, particularly on-time delivery metrics, and implement improvement actions where needed.
• Handle return orders and manage non-conformities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, engineering, and production.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant academic degree in Supply chain, Business administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and networking skills as well as outstanding problem-solving skills are needed.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
