Customer Service Coordinator I

About the position

KEY DUTIES

• Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Services

team.

• Manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for the

Services organization.

• Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.

• Ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms,

terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of work

documents.

• Assist with managing Services forecasts and determining projects are on track

and accurately being reported on. May follow-up with internal resources and

external customers as needed.

• Serve as the primary contact within the Services department to address or

direct questions to the appropriate team members.

• Identify, develop, and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency

across the Services organization.

• Support Services leadership in process improvements and standardization of

best-in-class Services practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in professional services, project management

coordination, and/or operations

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage

various deadlines

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
