Your missions
As People Analytics Officer, you will :
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide relevant HR data to internal stakeholders.
- Perform day-to-day data analysis to aid ongoing HR operations.
- Ensure and improve the quality of data across all HR systems.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and interactive dashboards.
- Establish key HR metrics and automate reporting processes, particularly for cost reviews.
- Define and document clear processes and guidelines for data handling.
- Support the preparation of workforce cost budgets and forecasts.
- Review and streamline administrative processes within HR, and help create related procedures and guidelines.
- Promote the use of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and lead initiatives to implement new functionality and automation.
- Develop automated templates for employment documents and workflows.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas to enhance and implementing relevant solutions; assist in developing key performance indicators to track progress and efficiency.
- Manage the intranet and keep HR databases up to date.
- Drive process automation initiatives across the department.
- Take part in various projects aimed at improving and extending the range of HR services.
- Keep up to date with Artificial Intelligence and new technologies relevant to the role.

Your ideal profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analysis, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Analytics role, with experience in supporting an HR Information System.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate, interpret, and present data effectively to the business.
- Proactive attitude towards improving systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English
