About the position
We are looking for a highly skilled Red Hat Linux Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of systems based on Red Hat Linux, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux servers and operating systems.
- Configure and optimize systems to improve performance and security.
- Perform regular updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and manage virtualization and container solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration and compatibility of systems.
- Document procedures and configurations for future reference.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Red Hat Linux administration.
- Proficiency in command line and Linux tools.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- RHCSA or RHCE certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
