Card Room Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s studio team as a Card Room Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient handling of all card-shuffling operations.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Card Room Coordinator, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Deal table games following company rules and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate a team of card shufflers during assigned shifts.
• Organize and plan the distribution of cards throughout the studio.
• Prepare and shuffle cards for various games as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal audits.
• Ensure card integrity and monitor handling processes.
• Operate and manage a specialized card tracking system.
• Train and support new shufflers to maintain high operational standards.
• Promote a positive and productive team environment.
