Performance Assurance Specialist

We’re looking for a Performance Assurance Specialist to help uphold the highest standards in live gaming experiences. In this role, you will evaluate the performance of presenters and assess gameplay quality, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for users. You’ll work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve performance issues and suggest improvements based on real-time feedback and observations.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Performance Assurance Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Analyze gameplay experiences and monitor player feedback.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including engineering and AV to address and troubleshoot performance concerns.
• Compile performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor live streaming quality to ensure it meets internal standards.
• Maintain professional communication with team members and other departments.
• Identify potential training needs and support quality improvements.
• Take on additional related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with relevant tools, systems, and software.
• Knowledge of online gaming and game development processes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced PC proficiency.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian required.
