Affiliate Account Manager

Our client, is seeking a motivated Affiliate Account Manager to join their team in Malta. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales focus, a passion for affiliate marketing and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with mobile app operators. Your key responsibility will be to manage existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Location: Ta' Xbiex - On site 

Responsibilities:

As a Affiliate Account Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Grow revenue from existing operator partnerships through ongoing relationship management

Identify, approach and onboard new mobile app partners

Optimise campaign performance to meet sales goals and KPIs

Analyse performance data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities

Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing partners

Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams on promotions and offers

Deliver responsive support and maintain high partner satisfaction

Represent our client at local and international industry events and conferences

Requirements:

Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of achieving targets

KPI-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach

Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with campaign data to guide decision-making

Experience in affiliate marketing or account management is preferred

Familiarity with app tracking platforms and reporting tools is a plus
