They’re looking for a confident and driven Team Manager to lead their Games Presenters at their Bucharest studios. 🎯 Your mission:
👥 Lead, guide, and support your team to drive both individual and group success
🗓 Oversee attendance, scheduling, and handle performance-related matters professionally
🗣 Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and team spirit
📚 Identify skill gaps and training needs, working with internal teams to address them
🎯 Align team performance with company standards, values, and KPIs
🚀 Contribute to talent development and the growth of studio excellence
✅ What you bring:
🗣 Fluent or native-level English (C1+), both written and spoken
👔 At least 1 year of leadership experience in a similar or relevant role
🎓 Academic background in Management or related field is a plus
🎮 Previous experience in live gaming or entertainment industries is an advantage
🛠 Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
🧠 Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
🧩 Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset
⏱ Excellent time management with the flexibility to work rotational shifts
⚡ Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
