Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their studio operations team as a Control Room Shift Manager. This role involves supervising live gaming activities during a designated shift, ensuring operational efficiency, asset security, and strong team performance.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Control Room Shift Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise live game operations across assigned tables during the shift.
  • Prioritize the security and integrity of all games and studio assets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all game rules and procedures, adapting to updates as required.
  • Monitor for and report any suspicious activity that may compromise game fairness.
  • Manage table assignments, openings, closures, and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Resolve gaming errors using a ticketing system and escalate disputes to senior management when needed.
  • Ensure the overall studio operation remains functional and report all incidents or technical issues.
  • Foster a professional and collaborative work environment with other teams and departments.
  • Mentor Control Room Specialists, providing performance assessments and development feedback.
  • Maintain consistent game quality and uphold company standards.
  • Carry out other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18.
  • Legal right to work in Bulgaria.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Competence in using industry-relevant tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in online or land-based casino operations preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
