Game Integrity and Risk Specialist

This role involves handling account security matters, investigating gameplay issues, and ensuring high standards of fairness and compliance across gaming activities.

Location: On-site - Sofia, Bulgaria

Responsibilities:

As a Game Integrity and Risk Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Investigate account-related and gameplay integrity concerns in accordance with established procedures.
• Review and respond to reports of suspicious activity, including collusion and potential policy violations.
• Conduct daily analysis to detect and prevent fraudulent behavior.
• Monitor betting patterns and take appropriate actions as outlined in standard
• operating procedures.
• Generate reports and perform research to identify risk factors impacting gameplay.
• Support the integrity of gaming equipment and processes.
• Use data analysis to identify potential risks and support decision-making.
• Maintain consistent quality standards for gameplay and user experience.
• Perform additional duties related to game security and integrity as required.
• Includes regular breaks and occasional on-call responsibilities.
• Shift schedules will be communicated in advance to support work-life balance.
  

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Bulgaria.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Solid understanding of online gaming platforms.
• Experience with live-dealer games is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• High ethical standards and sense of responsibility.
