About the position
About the Assignment
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll be a core contributor in the development and deployment of AI/ML-based software products used across the company’s global operations. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design scalable and impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing AI/ML software products end-to-end: from data exploration and feature engineering to model evaluation, deployment, and scaling
- Designing and maintaining large-scale data infrastructure for ML projects
- Writing clean, scalable, and future-proof code based on solid software engineering principles
- Building reusable components and services to support ML workflows (e.g. feature reuse, model traceability, A/B testing)
- Collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams to strengthen the company’s internal AI ecosystem
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone hands-on, technically sharp, and passionate about applying software engineering to machine learning challenges.
You bring:
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering roles
- A BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong coding skills, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python
- Proven experience deploying ML models into production
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and software development practices
- Experience working with cloud-based ML tools (preferably Google Cloud / Vertex AI)
- Solid understanding of MLOps, pipelines, and deployment strategies
- A background in working with large-scale, heterogeneous data (batch and streaming)
- Comfort working in agile teams and a strong belief in data-driven development and responsible experimentation
Required: Cloud certification (GCP, Azure, or AWS). If not already certified, the consultant is expected to be certified within one month of the assignment start.
