Role Overview:
- Teaching: Social Sciences at KS4 and KS5 (including Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology).
- Develop and deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons.
- Provide opportunities for students to engage in critical thinking and develop a deeper understanding of the social world.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure high standards of achievement.
- Contribute to departmental development and innovative teaching strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Sociology, Criminology, Psychology, or similar).
- PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Experience teaching Social Sciences at KS4 and KS5 is preferred, though ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
