Fluent in English (B2+), spoken and written

Excellent presenting and communication skills

Outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude

Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm during animated sessions

Flexible to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure with strong accuracy and discretion in performance

A team player with strong people skills
