Our supportive and progressive school in Hackney is looking for a motivated Maths Teacher who is keen to develop their leadership skills. This role offers the exciting prospect of a TLR for the right candidate, allowing you to contribute to the strategic direction of the Maths department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
- Encourage students to become confident and independent learners in Maths.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
- Contribute to the planning and assessment of the Maths curriculum.
- TLR opportunities are available for candidates with the skills and ambition to lead in areas such as curriculum innovation or assessment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated interest and potential in taking on leadership responsibilities (for TLR consideration).
