We are looking for an ambitious and committed Business teacher to join a thriving school in Stafford. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Business at both KS4 and KS5 on a full-time basis. The Business department is well-established, equipped with excellent resources, and led by a collaborative and experienced Head of Department. Experience and Qualifications
• Business teacher qualified to teach Business at KS4 and KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education
• Recognised teaching qualification with QTS
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK
Specific Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons that cater to all learners
• Monitoring and assessing student progress to inform teaching strategies
• Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning
• Encouraging personal responsibility and academic development among students
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents to enhance learning outcomes
Salary
The salary for this Business teacher role will be paid according to the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS).
