About the position
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Social Sciences Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Stafford from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching a combination of Social Sciences subjects at KS4 and KS5, including Sociology, Psychology, and/or Health & Social Care, depending on the candidate’s specialism.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the social sciences and dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students to think critically about the world around them.

About the Role:
This role involves teaching Social Sciences across GCSE and A-Level to motivated and inquisitive students. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and experienced department committed to academic achievement, inclusivity, and reflective teaching practice.
You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, track student progress, and contribute to the wider development of the department through extracurricular opportunities and cross-curricular links.
