About the position
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Art Teacher to join our vibrant creative arts department. You will play a crucial role in empowering our students to explore their artistic potential and develop their creative voices, including at A-Level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
- Develop and implement a diverse and challenging art curriculum, including A-Level.
- Foster a creative and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage students to experiment with a variety of artistic mediums.
- Organize and lead art exhibitions and projects.
- Contribute to the wider school community and promote the importance of art.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level, including A-Level.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of art history and techniques, with A-Level specialism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for empowering young women through art, including those pursuing further artistic studies.
