About the position
A dynamic and knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher is required to join a well-regarded Independent co-educational school in Camden. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5 with the principles of business, economics, and enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies Teacher lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5 (GCSE and A-Level).
- Develop students' understanding of business concepts, strategies, and the economic environment.
- Foster a stimulating and analytical learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving in a business context.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Business Studies, providing insightful feedback to support their academic development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Business Studies or Economics.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stages 4 and 5 (A-Level experience essential).
- A strong academic background in Business Studies or a related field and a passion for the subject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of making complex business concepts accessible and engaging for students.
