About the position

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English Language and Literature.
- Demonstrated experience teaching English at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).
- A strong and comprehensive knowledge of English literature, language, and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a passion for reading and writing in students.
